I'm a mum to two boys, aged 8 and 10, and the host of the "Connection First" podcast.
I've spent over 10 years diving deep into conscious parenting, focusing on how to build a strong, respectful connection with our kids.
As an immigrant mum (from Venezuela, now living in Australia), I know how challenging it can be to juggle it all, especially when you're far from home.
